1. What are the recommended server requirements to install the script/addon?

Recommended Server Requirements are given below.

• PHP 7+
• MySQL 5.0+
• 20 GB hosting server space or more.
• 2 GB RAM or more
• ionCube loaders and other standard packages installed in the server (this can be configured with WHM if it is already not installed).
• WHM/Cpanel/Plesk control panel (For Inout Webmail Script Cpanel control panel is required)

Special Note:

In connection with Blockchain related scripts two addons ( Ethereum and ERC20 Tokens Manager addon and Bitcoin Interfacer addon) require separate Linux Server with NodeJS and MongoDB installed. Our technical support team can install these packages for you. The main script package and all other addons of the blockchain related scripts only require the above mentioned recommended standard server requirements.

Also note that some scripts (for example, search engine, blockchain related scripts, real estate scripts) etc require some external APIs (for example Google/Bing search APIs or Google Maps API etc). You may please have a look at each script’s detailed page in Inout Scripts to know more about any external package/API dependencies the script may have.

2. I had pre-registered earlier this month for this discount sale. How can I claim an extra discount (pre-registration benefit)?

Thank you for pre-registering for this discount sale. To claim your extra discount pre-registration benefit, please put the same email address you have used to pre-register for the discount sale when you are asked for your email address in the payment checkout page.

3. What happens after I place an order?

You will get a notification mail from us confirming your order (if payment is complete) and informing you about installation schedule details. One of our support engineers will contact you directly also (via email) within 24 hours of your purchase and let you know in detail about the installation schedules and offering support for any specific questions you may have. Please note that Bank payments will be considered complete only after your payment is reflected in our bank account.

4. What if I want to order a customisation?

We can start discussing the details of your custom requirements after offer days. Until then we expect to be busy supporting our customers for script installations and add-on integrations.
